What is your turnaround time?
This is often dependent on what picture frame you choose. For most jobs our turnaround is approximately two weeks, but sometimes jobs can take a little longer. Payment is not required until you receive your finished frame.
Do you do urgent orders?
While our turnaround is usually two to three weeks, we can accommodate urgent orders as best we can. Just let us know when you need it by, and providing the stock is available we’ll do our best complete your by the required date.
Do you install framed art?
We ourselves do not offer installation services but we can put you in touch with a local installer who comes highly recommended.
Do you offer art restoration services?
Yes, we work closely with a number of highly reputable conservators and restorers who work in varying mediums i.e. textiles, oils, paper, canvas, and photographs.
What payments do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit or debit cards (and yes that includes American Express). We now accept Zip Pay, so you can own it now and pay later. Click here to find out more information about Zip Pay.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we can deliver in and around Adelaide. We are happy to deliver over sized items as long as they fit in our van. However if it's any bigger then we use a specialist art courier, but there is a cost involved.
All of our production is done on-site by our own in-house expert framers. That way we eliminate unnecessary shipping and handling of your project (as well as any damage that it might cause) and minimises your turnaround time.
Yes, we have a large range of limited edition prints printed on both paper and canvas. Our paper prints are printed using the Giclée method of printing. This is the highest quality inkjet process using pigment ink on archival medium. They are printed & signed in small batches rather than an entire edition. Click here to view our full range.
